Nancy, Jackie and Honey
BSI & BP2 Owners
Jackie, Honey and Nancy have spent the better part of their respective careers serving the Colorado staffing industry, earning a sterling reputation for personal service and professional integrity.
In 1992, the three colleagues teamed up to form Bolder Staffing Inc. (BSI), and in 2007, launched Bolder Professional Placements (BP2) as the company’s direct-hire/contract division. In 2008, BSI was the 5th largest woman-owned business in Boulder.
Jackie Osborn moved to Colorado from New York more than 30 years ago after attending Ithaca College. She then completed her education at University of Northern Colorado. She joined Nancy at Rocky Mountain Temporaries in 1986 and remained at its successor, Tad Technical, through 1991. Today she serves as BSI’s President and Managing Partner.
Honey Beuf entered the industry more than 25 years ago as a professional recruiter for Horn, Fagan and Lund in Denver, eventually leaving to join Nancy—her future business partner—at Rocky Mountain Temporaries. She earned her B.A. at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. In addition to serving as C.F.O. and Vice President for BSI, she also serves on the board of directors for Workforce Boulder County.
After graduating from the University of Wyoming, Nancy Chapple began her career as junior partner with Allen Temporary Service in Casper, Wyoming. She helped to grow the firm that was subsequently sold to Olsten Staffing. She started Rocky Mountain Temporaries in 1986 and sold the company to Tad Technical in 1989. She now serves as Managing Partner for BSI. Nancy has been working as a Discussion Leader at CU Boulder since 2013. She was recently awarded the Brent Graber Award for Most Outstanding Discussion Leader for 2013-2014.
