Why should I choose a local company instead of a large national firm?

Large agencies simply do not have the deep community ties or long-term experience we have. Especially in times of low unemployment, choosing a firm that can tap every available resource and will take the time to screen and train its employees, is the most valuable, time-saving tool you can have. Because our owners are on-site and dedicated to our employees, we have very high retention. People like working for us. And no one is more motivated to giving you more than you expect than we are.

Beyond that, our dollars stay in our community. We support local employment and businesses by using local banking, accounting, legal, advertising, recruiting, supply, printing, consulting and other products and services.

But what if we need more people than you have readily available?

Our Managed Vendor Program (MVP) is designed to ensure that we can always provide all the people you need while saving you both time and money. With MVP, we are your single point-of-contact for staffing, but we contract with other staffing services and draw the people you need from several sources simultaneously. Instead of you having to deal with a number of resources, we coordinate multiple agencies and provide all your administrative functions. And because we treat vendors equally, you are assured of optimal service.

What if a person doesn’t work out?

On the rare occasion this might occur, our eight-hour guarantee covers you. Simply call us within the first eight hours and you will not be charged for that individual. At the same time, we’ll release the employee and replace them with a new qualified candidate.

It doesn’t happen often, but if it does we’ll make it right. Our on-site owners and self-directed Staffing Consultants ensure quick, decisive action. So if you have a concern, we will address it immediately.
